Dirty Habit

Global Cuisine and Handcrafted Cocktails

Dirty Habit is a luxe restaurant and bar in Washington, DC's Penn Quarter/Theatre District that offers a vivid social scene, a high-end cocktail program and a private urban patio. Situated in the original General Post Office constructed in 1839, Dirty Habit stands in a National Historic Landmark. The global cuisine provided by Executive Chef Edgar Escalante is inspired by eclectic flavors and favorite family recipes.

The seasonal menu is complemented by an innovative bar program featuring house creations crafted with unexpected ingredients, large-format communal cocktails and distinctive serving vessels. Adjacent to the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Washington DC, Dirty Habit is the choice destination before all Capital One Arena events.

The variously sized private dining spaces can accommodate anywhere from 5 to 300 guests. It's perfect for board meetings, anniversary dinners, engagement parties, or office celebrations. Private dining menus offer three or four courses and can be served family-style.
