Summer Restaurant Week at L'Ardente



L’Ardente—now a Michelin Bib Gourmand—serves a three-course menu for $35 per person during lunch and brunch only.

Reservations can be made via Resy or through the L'Ardente website and are strongly recommended as reservations typically book up quickly and completely. A few highlights:

• Vegetarian 40-Layer Lasagna! For the first time ever, the culinary team has created a vegetarian spin-off of its signature truffled short-rib lasagna. For this version, housemade sheets of pasta are stacked with layers of asparagus, zucchini and spinach, plus melty Fontina cheese. Like the original, the towering vegetarian lasagna is served on its side, but over a creamy, tomatoey blush sauce. A vegetarian option is available for each Restaurant Week course.
• Other Restaurant Week exclusives: In addition to the vegetarian lasagna, the kitchen has created a menu where most dishes were solely crafted for Restaurant Week. Among them are the Burrata with corn salad, cucumber and sherry vinaigrette; Fluke “Aguachile” with green apple, jalapeño and radish; and a Chocolate Budino with raspberries, whipped chantilly and granola.
